Terms & Conditions
RESERVATIONS:
You
may make reservations up to one year in advance.
A non –returnable deposit is
payable: we will inform you of the amount at the time of booking.
Accommodation
is subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit.
Deposits can be
paid by Cheque, postal orders or cash and must reach the Hotel at least five (5)
working days before you are due to arrive.
Any balance due on the reservation
must be paid on arrival unless otherwise agreed with us.
Keys will be given
after full payment has been made.
Payments at the Hotel are by cash only.
The
person making the booking is responsible for all costs involved in the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel a booking or part of a booking up to
twenty four hours prior to arrival you will lose your deposit.
For
cancellations after this time, we reserve the right to claim payment of the full
amount of the original booking.
Guests leaving earlier than stated in their
original booking will have to pay the full amount of the original
booking.
NON-ARRIVAL OF GUESTS:
Should you have booked a room(s) and paid a
deposit and fail to arrive at the Hotel we reserve the right to charge you the
remainder of the full amount that would have become due should you have arrived
and fulfilled your booking.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Rooms are available from 2.00pm although earlier maybe possible with
our agreement.
You are asked to inform the Hotel of your arrival time if
possible.
Check out on the day of departure is at 10.30 am but luggage may be
left in the reception hall if you are staying in Blackpool for the day if agreed
in advance.
The hall is a public area and we cannot be held responsible for any
loss or damage to your luggage.
All keys must be returned back by 10.30am on day
of departure.
£10.00 charge for keys that are lost.
HOTEL
PROPERTY:
We will charge you the full cost of replacing or repairing any Hotel
property you lose or damage however the damage is caused.
If you notice any
damage or missing items in your room you must inform us immediately.
SMOKING POLICY:
Due to government legislation, smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel
at any time. If any of our guests are found to be smoking or have been smoking
in the Hotel, they will be asked to leave immediately.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
The proprietors do not accept any responsibility
for loss or damage to valuables and belongings left in rooms.
PARKING:
Barton
House has no designated parking areas; limited parking may be available by contacting
blackpoolzone
(via email).
Blackpoolzonezone.com
is an independent group. They are not part of Barton House. Any arrangements are independent of your booking contract
with Barton House.
Other public parking spaces are available. We may be able to supply you with a list of
public parking areas in Blackpool and the necessary
parking tariffs.
TARIFF:
We reserve the right to change our tariff at
any time to suit the holiday seasons and
promotions.
